COVID-19 Update

Effective immediately, For the health and safety of our Staff and Clients. The following policies regarding Covid 19 Biosecurity measures are as follows.

  1. We are by appointment only.
  2. We have enacted extra sanitizing measures in between appointments.
  3. Please limit your appointments to 1-2 essential people. No children are allowed in the building at this time for their protection.
  4. Hand washing is essential. Each exam room has a sink and hand soap as well as the bathroom in our lobby. We also have hand sanitizer at the front desk.
  5. Avoid direct contact with staff members, for example, handshaking.
  6. We will be offering a Concierge service. If you are immune-compromised, elderly, or a caretaker, call us once you arrive and we can come out to your car and bring your pet in to the clinic while you wait in your car or drop the pet off for treatment. We can go over estimates and take payments over the phone.
  7. If you need a prescription or food refill call ahead of time to order and pay over the phone and we can bring it out to your car.
  8. If you are sick, have sick family members, have travelled out of the country, PLEASE call and reschedule your appointment or have someone who is not ill bring your pet in.
  9. For current clients, we will consider telemedicine via phone or email. Please call to make an appointment. There will be a telemedicine charge for this.
